I began my career in customer service, where I developed a strong foundation in client experience, problem-solving, and service standards. From there, I transitioned into Wealth and Investment Advisory and later into corporate management, leading cross-selling initiatives, driving engagement strategies, and guiding teams to deliver at a consistently high standard. My career spans senior roles across Jamaica and Canada, including experience with CIBC (Canada), Scotia Investments, Scotiabank Private Clients, Proven Wealth Limited, and Sagicor Group Jamaica. Across these roles, I have led client engagements, advisory conversations, and cross-divisional initiatives focused on performance, execution, and sustainable growth.

With degrees in Economics and my CFP designation, I bring a structured understanding of how money, decision-making, and organizational discipline intersect within businesses.

Over the years, I have worked closely with MSMEs and SMEs through operational reviews, strategic alignment, and improvements to structure and execution. Through this work, I have seen that many profitable businesses are not constrained by lack of demand — they are constrained by operational inefficiencies, unclear accountability, inconsistent execution, and systems that have not evolved alongside growth.

We support clients by strengthening operational foundations, improving business structure, and building the discipline required for sustainable performance and scalable growth.
