- You are responsible for providing all necessary receipts, invoices, and account details on time. Delays in submissions may extend the delivery timeline.
- Services include bookkeeping and reporting only — not tax filing or auditing.
- Adjustments or additional reports outside the agreed scope will attract an additional fee.
- Monthly reports are delivered within 10–14 business days once all information is received.
- Refunds are not available once work has begun, due to the time and customization involved.
- All information shared remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
